Mrs. Linda K. Dobson, Executive Director of Sales with NAI Sullivan Group, has over 17 years of sales management experience and 10 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1990, Mrs. Dobson began her career in Oklahoma City in the financial arena with Heartland Federal as a sales manager/branch manager. In 1994 the bank was purchased by Commercial Federal Bank, with 164 branches located in 6 states. Under Mrs. Dobson’s leadership her sales team won Branch of the Year two consecutive years and was recognized for her team spirit at the annual meetings in Omaha Nebraska.
Mrs. Dobson transferred to the lending department with Commercial Federal to help the bank launch their commercial real estate lending program in 1998. In 2001, she earned the coveted President’s award for top production of commercial real estate loans. She resigned her position as Corporate Vice President in 2003 to start her own commercial real estate mortgage brokerage company. This successful endeavor is still ongoing and gives Linda an edge to who, what, and where things are happening in the commercial real estate arena. Linda is currently the 2007 Chairperson for Commercial Industrial Division, a division of the Oklahoma City Association of Realtors. She became licensed in 2006 to sell commercial real estate.
Mrs. Dobson will continue to recruit, train, coach, and mentor to the best team of successful commercial real estate professionals in Oklahoma City to assure that the clients of NAI Sullivan Group receive the best service possible and their accounts are handled by associates with the expertise necessary to make their endeavors profitable.
