*2003 Listed Cornerstone Shopping Center increasing occupancy from 72% to 100% within one year. Sold the center bringing the Seller an additional $500,000 to the original investment price.
*Helped Buyer purchase and resell Yukon land to a developer, placing 75% of the Tenants in the center before breaking ground.
