Clark Everett

Clark Everett grew up in Norman, Oklahoma and received a BBA from the University of Oklahoma. After graduation he moved to Chicago, Illinois where he worked in the Equity Trading and Equity Research Operations groups for the global institutional investment firm, Brinson Partners, Inc. (now UBS Global Asset Management). A desire to see firsthand the rapid changes taking place in China took him to Yichang, Hubei China where he spent over a year teaching English at a University in Yichang. Upon his return from China, Clark worked for a boutique commodity futures clearing firm in Chicago. In 2018, he moved into commercial real estate, joining the Transactions/Due Diligence group of GLP US Management, the second largest owner of logistics real estate in the United States until it was purchased by the Blackstone firm, Link Logistics Real Estate. Clark followed his time at GLP as an Associate in the Due Diligence group of Green Courte Partners, LLC, a private equity investor in niche real estate sectors. In October 2020, he returned home to Norman to be closer to family and long-time friends.

Clark joined NAI Sullivan Group in April 2021. He has an excellent understanding of market dynamics, real estate finance and the transaction closing process. He is an excellent relationship builder who will be covering Industrial properties and other real estate sectors.

Clark enjoys following sports, reading, live music, maintaining his family home, discovering quality restaurants with friends, and cooking – especially grilling and smoking various meats and other foods.
