Mr. Matthew Pierce, is an Oklahoma Native, and attended the College of Wooster, Ohio, where he studied economics and was a member of the Wooster’s baseball team. Matthew received Wooster’s “Rookie of the Year Award” his freshman year and was a finalist in the DIII College World Series his sophomore year. Matthew transferred to the University of Oklahoma his junior year and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies – Business Enterprise.
Prior to joining NAI Sullivan Group in 2019, Matthew was an Inventory Asset Manager for one of the world’s top LED driver manufacturers for the rapidly growing solid-state lighting market. As an Asset Manager, his responsibilities included the development of inventory control methods and procedures, establishing methods for review and disposition of excess and obsolete inventory, maintaining a SQL Database for all inventory transactions and movement, and creating monthly forecasts and KPIs to drive improvement in lot sizes, order frequency, and lead times for all materials and stocking policies.
Matthew is a member of the NAI Sullivan Group Office and Investment team. His interests include traveling with his wife and family, playing golf, and hunting.
