The land was purchased for a retail development. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.

Stilnova Aesthetics has leased retail space located 411 Northwest 7th Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 3,000 square feet from Heritage Hills Apartments, Inc. This space will be utilized for an aesthetics studio. Abbey Sullivan with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
