AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has purchased land located on US Highway 277 in Elgin, Oklahoma consisting of 1.06 acres more or less from Christian Stations, L.L.C. for $375,000.  The land will be developed for a new AutoZone location.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services.

Alpine Assets, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 14834 Bristol Park Boulevard in Edmond consisting of 3,000 square feet from Worldwide Auto Brokers, L.L.C. for $552,500. This was purchased as an investment. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.

Pillarstone Property Management, L.L.C. have purchased an office building at 6510 South Western Avenue, Building 100, Suites 102-110 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 3,960 square feet from Back & Posture Clinic of Oklahoma, L.L.C. for $350,000. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
