QuikTrip Corporation, an Oklahoma corporation has purchased land located at 2725 North Moore Avenue consisting of 0.60 acres from Ghasem Mazroy for $270,000. The land will be used for a QuikTrip Convenience Store. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the transaction.

Sooner Health Services II, Inc. has leased office space located at 3303 West Okmulgee in Muskogee, Oklahoma consisting of 3,000 square feet from KH Investments, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a Sooner Health office. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the transaction.

Crossroads at Westchester, LP has purchased land located at 7100 Southwest Gore Boulevard in Lawton, Oklahoma consisting of 3.83 acres MOL from Keegan Ledford and Mary Bonnen Ledford for $467,000.
