Crossroads at Westchester, LP has purchased land located at 7100 Southwest Gore Boulevard in Lawton, Oklahoma consisting of 3.83 acres MOL from Keegan Ledford and Mary Bonnen Ledford for $467,000. The land will be used for a multi-family development. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the transaction.
