1008 West Main Street Sold

Tin Rock Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased a retail building located in 1008 West Main Street in Oklahoma City from Southwest Horizons, L.L.C. for $1,200,000.  The Buyers intend to have lease space for boutique shops and office users. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Dirk Erdoes with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Amy Jones.
