Kent Hose, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 1029 North 54th Street in Enid consisting of 10,200 square feet on 5 acres from Pumpco Energy Services, L.L.C. for $280,000. This was purchased as an investment. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
