Buddies Distribution, Inc. has leased industrial space located at 108 Northeast 48thStreet in Oklahoma City consisting of 31,705 square feet from 108 NE 48th Property, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for Distribution Use to sell and deliver convenience store supplies.
