Cefari RNG OKC, L.L.C has purchased land located at 6924 South Bryant Avenue in Oklahoma City consisting of 11.91 acres more or less from NewGen Resources, L.L.C. for $989,008. The property will be utilized as an investment. Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and RJ Jimenez with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.
