Sugar Llamas has leased a retail space located at 12501 South Western Avenue, Suite E consisting of 1,475 square feet from 4D Future Investments, L.L.C. This space will be a new Sugar Llamas dessert bar specializing in coffee, mini donuts and ice cream. Sam Walter and Dirk Erdoes with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord. Candice Swim with Walman Commercial provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
