Thousand Paces Enterprises, Inc. has leased retail space located in the University Town Center at 1636 24th Avenue Northwest consisting of 1,400 square feet from Rainier UTC Acquisitions, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a stretch lab. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the transaction.
