Vyvue, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 1821 Northwest 6th Street consisting of 9,800 square feet from Desmalchi, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized for storage of material and office space for a solar and security company. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
