BAEco, L.L.C. have purchased a retail building located at 1823 West 51^st Street in Tulsa, consisting of 9,324 square feet from Legacy Funeral Holdings of Oklahoma, L.L.C. for $375,000.  The building will be utilized as an office/event center. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Ashlynn Thurber with Chinowth and Cohen provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Elite Title Services, L.L.C. by Brooke McCutchen.
