A Nhu Triep, L.L.C. has leased retail space located in 203 South MacArthur Boulevard consisting of 1,538 square feet from ZCO, L.L.C. The space will be used for Teapioca Lounge.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee.
