2191 North Main Street Sold

DSKS, L.L.C. has purchased a retail strip center at 2191 North Main Street in Newcastle consisting of 9,000 square feet from Cam Investments, L.L.C. for $1,850,000.  This was purchased as an investment. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
