New Direction Acute Dialysis, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 2416 South Vermont Avenue consisting of 8,400 square feet from 2416 S. Vermont, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized for office, showroom and warehouse purposes in connection with the tenant’s operation as an acute dialysis center. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
