MS 22, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 2421 and 2321 South York Street in Muskogee consisting of 29,700 square feet from South York Plaza, L.L.C. for $2,315,000.  This property will be utilized as an investment.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Pioneer Abstract and Title Company of Muskogee.
