27 Acres at the N.W. Corner of I-40 & Manning Road Sold

Skybound Properties, L.L.C. has purchased land located at the northwest corner of I-40 and Manning Road in El Reno consisting of 27 acres from CMP Property Investments, L.L.C. for $995,000. The land was purchased as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma Prime Title and Escrow, L.L.C. by Teresa Koeppe.
