RJR Investments, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 2804 Southeast 59^th Street in Oklahoma City, consisting of 6,000 square feet from CGA Properties, L.L.C. for $400,000. The building was purchased as an investment property. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Randy Lacey with CBRE provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Stewart Title of Oklahoma by Natalie Reid.
