2913 Glenhaven Drive Sold

Bentwood Investments, L.L.C has purchased land at 2913 Glenhaven Drive in Midwest City consisting of 10.78 acres of land from Perkins Family, L.L.C. for $675,000. The Buyers intend to develop the land as a mixed residential project.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group worked with the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Mary Moore.
