300 Block of Pointe Parkway Sold

Loveless Management Co, L.L.C. has purchased land located in the 300 block of Pointe Parkway in Yukon from Rockwell, L.L.C. for $325,000.  The Buyers intend to develop a pediatrician’s office on the land.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Tori Allen.
