Bark at the Moon, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 300 Northeast 70th Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 20 acres from IPX as Q.I. for Series G, as a separate series of Glacier Properties, L.L.C. for $1,300,000. The use is undisclosed. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Title and Abstract Company.
