Allen Contracting, Inc. has purchased land located at 3203 Northeast 50th Street in Oklahoma City, consisting of 31.18 acres more or less from GMCM Land Investments, L.L.C. for $1,100,000. Allen Contracting plans to develop a new maintenance facility at this location. Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Darryl Meason and Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma Prime Title and Escrow by Teresa Koeppe.
