3300 Lakeside Drive Sold

Tsalagi Corp, L.L.C. has purchased an office building located at 3300 Lakeside Drive consisting of 7,084 square feet on 0.64 acres from Lakeside Appraisal for $350,000. Frank Sheehy and Samuel Dunham with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma by Kevin O’Shields.
