Ichiban Sushi Bar & Poke, Inc. has leased retail space located at 3321 West Tecumseh Road, Suite 121 in Norman consisting of 2,973 square feet from EKP Tecumseh, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a restaurant for Ichiban Sushi. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
