3800 Northwest 39th Street Leased

Britt Properties, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located in 3800 Northwest 39th Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 22,834 square feet from Mazroy Gus, L.L.C. The space will be utilized as OKC’s first PickUp USA Fitness location which is a membership based, basketball themed sport club.  Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
