Iron Goat Garage, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 3800 Northwest 39th Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 22,834 square feet from Mazroy Gus, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for automotive service, customization and repair.  Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
