Sit and Sleep, L.L.C.  have leased industrial space located at 3920 Northwest 39th Street, Suite B consisting of 18,672 square feet from Mazroei Capital, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized for warehouse/equipment storage space, showroom/interior storage space and retail sales of mattresses and furniture. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
