Seneca Companies, Inc. has leased industrial space located at 3920 Northwest 39th Street, Suite F in Oklahoma City consisting of 5,000 square feet from Mazroei Capital, L.LC.  This space will be utilized as equipment storage space. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Lessee and Lessor.
