Hospice Source, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 3920 Northwest 39th Street, Suite G consisting of 5,000 square feet from Mazroei Capital, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized for general office, non-treatment hospice and home healthcare related services. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
