The Spero Project, Inc. has leased office space at Lakepointe West located at 4045 Northwest 64th Street, Suite 500 consisting of 3,566 square feet from Lakepointe West, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized as general office space. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
