White’s Welding, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 4700 North Bryant Avenue consisting of 35,040 square feet from R.W. Timms TX Investments, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized for the operation of a trailer manufacturing business, including fabrication, paint, and mechanical work. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
