5001 N.W. 3rd Street Sold

Sweet Sweetie 2, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located 5001 Northwest 3rd Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 14,400 square feet on 2.47 acres from Claudia Scribner for $2,610,000.  This was purchased for bread distribution. Matthew Pierce and Cade Flesner with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
