5224-5228 Classen Circle Sold

Hilldale, L.L.C. has purchased an office building located at 5224-5228 Classen Circle consisting of 11,733 square feet from 5224-5228 Classen Circle OKC, L.L.C. for $600,000.  The Buyer will utilize the office space and lease out the warehouse space.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.
