Gregorio A. Gamez and Yeraldine Perez Saiz have purchased a retail building located at 5232-5240 South Pennsylvania Avenue consisting of 8,520 square feet from Ledbetter Family Trust for $550,000.  The building will be utilized as a Los Arados Restaurant. Amanda Sullivan and Bobby Sanford with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at The Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Christina Parsons.
