Phuong Tran, Inc. has purchased land located at 5688 Skelly Drive in Tulsa from Ali Almoradi, Ali Dizani and Abolghasem Zarkeshan for $152,000.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and the Seller. Closing was held at Commercial Title and Escrow Services, Inc. by Sally Wales.
