5925 Northwest 37th Street Leased

Austin and David Julian have leased industrial space located at 5925 Northwest 37th Street consisting of 2,500 square feet from 1st Auto Care, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized for The Works Paint and Collision shop. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
