Sean Ezell has purchased an industrial building located at 601 West Hefner Road in Oklahoma City consisting of 7,200 square feet from Buddy Shadid Trust for $675,000. The property will be used as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma Prime Title and Escrow by Teresa Koeppe.
