Brio Floorcare, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 6632 Melrose Lane consisting of 6,500 square feet from Maga Investments, L.L.C. for $450,000. The building will be used for the flooring company office and storage. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Guaranty Title Company, L.L.C. by Veda Christian.
