New Gen Resources, L.L.C.  has purchased an industrial property located at 6924 South Bryant Avenue consisting of 7,000 square feet on 39.51 acres from Southern Dome, L.L.C. for $1,225,000. The building will be used for a hydrocarbon recovery/wastewater treatment facility. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Dimetri Malveaux.
