Anova Home, L.L.C. has sub-leased industrial space located at 711 Northeast 39th Street consisting of 23,700 square feet from Terry’s Acquisition CO, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as Anova Home Corporate Offices as well as a hub for solar equipment install, storage, and distribution. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Tenant and the Landlord.
