Tavern Ventures Lakeside, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 7401 North May Avenue consisting of 4,400 square feet Lakeside Realty, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as a Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
