Global Energy Solution, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 7700 South Bryant Avenue consisting of 72,485 square feet from Coorstek, Inc. a Delaware Corporation for $3,200,000. The building will be used for industrial use. Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and Sam Walter with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Fleske Holding Company provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at American Eagle Title Group by Michelle Roberts.
