Boom Town Creamery, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 800 Overhead Drive consisting of 6,720 square feet from Laminin, L.L.C. This building will be utilized for the headquarters and manufacturing facility for ice cream products for Boom Town Creamery. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
