525 TX REF East Moore, L.L.C. has purchased land at 805 South Eastern Avenue in Moore consisting of 5.15 acres from A-Secure Storage, L.LC.  for $260,000. This land will be developed into a Dollar Tree store. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma by Dawn Brooks.
