Fifteen Five Gutter Solutions, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 812 Overhead Drive consisting of 5,000 square feet from Laminin, L.L.C. This building will be utilized for the headquarters and operation of residential and commercial gutter clean out, installation and repair. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
