R & B Turf and Tree, Inc. has leased industrial space located at 814 Overhead Drive consisting of 7,820 square feet from Laminin, L.L.C. This building will be utilized for the headquarters and primary facility to conduct tree service operations for R&B Trees Trees Trees. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Tenant and the Landlord.
