Royal House Partners Plumbing Division has leased industrial space located at 927 Southwest 6th Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 9,180 square feet from Sheral Bishop Becerra Living Trust. This space will be utilized as business offices and facilities for Royal House Partners and/or Schuler Acquisition Co. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant. Ryan Gilliland with Adept Commercial Real Estate provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
